Safety. Connectivity. Innovation.
Audi Field | June 12, 2024
The big picture idea is to put the industry’s innovative and emerging technology into the hands of our federal policy makers and regulators to educate them on the capabilities and limitations while simultaneously delivering our advocacy around those technologies. In other words, the intent of this event is to educate and advocate.
Governing Members and Thought Leadership Partners of Auto Innovators are provided the Bronze sponsorship level at no additional cost. Non-Governing Members may participate in the Showcase by sponsoring the event starting at the Bronze level ($7,500). All participants may sponsor at a higher level at their discretion.
No, your sponsorship provides your spot in the showcase. If you want to sponsor at a higher level, say for example the Silver level, you would pay $15,000 for the sponsorship, which includes your participation in the event.
A standard event setup can comfortably fit two standard sized vehicles, a 6-foot table, and light company banners and materials. Participants are able to enhance their space with add-ons for an additional cost. The cost structure is available in the exhibitor packet.
The footprint provided at the Bronze level of sponsorship (Governing members included) allows for two static vehicles. You may consider increasing your sponsorship level in order to expand your footprint. Please consult Auto Innovators staff if you wish to bring more than two vehicles so that we may assist in the logistical planning.
Yes, providing static vehicles does not preclude you from also bringing a vehicle for dynamic demonstrations. Dynamic demonstrations will be held in a different part of the venue, therefore you must plan to have a representative to staff each static and dynamic demonstration accordingly.
All dynamic demonstrations must abide by Washington, DC transit laws. You may consider a Ride and Drive demonstration that is conducted on the public streets surrounding the venue. Other demos, such as Park Assist or similar, may be conducted on Audi Drive, which will be closed to public traffic.
In DC, the speed limit is 55 MPH on interstate highways and 25 MPH on all other roads unless otherwise designated. In alleys, it is 15 MPH. On roads in school zones, the speed limit is 15 MPH when the school zone sign is flashing. City streets around Audi Field are 25 MPH. There is quick access to Route 295 and Route 395 for demos requiring highway speeds from Audi Field.

The Concourse has smooth concrete floors. Participants may request flooring to be provided for their tent at an additional cost.
